Making your booking
How to book
Please email tanya@skifloralie.com or telephone +44 (0)1243 575507 to discuss your stay at Chalet Floralie and for details of availability.
Preliminary reservations
You may wish to make a preliminary reservation at no cost to you. To give you time to confirm details with other members of your party, your preliminary reservation gives you first option on the Chalet for a period of three days, ending at noon UK time on the third day. If you do not confirm the booking within this time, your option on the Chalet will lapse and the Chalet will be offered to other parties. However, on expiry, if there is no other interest in your chosen dates we can extend the option should you wish.
To secure your booking
If you are ready to confirm the booking, please either download the Booking Form or ask us to send you one by email. Having read and agreed with our booking terms and conditions, please sign the Booking Form and return it to us with the required deposit (40% for Peak Weeks and 30% for Off Peak Weeks). Peak weeks are indicated on the website.
For your convenience, your paperwork can be returned by fax on +44 (0)1243 575860.
Final payment is required eight weeks before departure. Full payment is required if booking within this time.
Confirmation
Upon receipt of your signed Booking Form and necessary payments, we will issue written confirmation of your reservation and it is only at this stage that your booking is confirmed. Please do not book flights until this has been received.
